By accessing or using MiniVibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MiniVibe is a mobile companion application for Claude Code that allows you to:

  • Control Claude Code sessions remotely from your mobile device
  • Approve or deny permission requests from Claude Code
  • View and manage multiple Claude Code sessions
  • Receive notifications for permission prompts

3. Account Registration

To use MiniVibe, you must sign in with an Apple, Google, or GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. Claude Code Integration

MiniVibe works with Claude Code, which is a separate product by Anthropic. Your use of Claude Code is subject to Anthropic's terms of service. MiniVibe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
